As Head of Technical Strategy globally for expenditure and key financial operations, I lead and managed a team of over 60 FTE globally to deliver significant change programs within Shell.My role included identifying and implementing best in class digital solutions to drive the Shell finance function towards its operational effectiveness and efficiency goals. During my time with Weir Westgarth, I was tasked with implementing a new Digital Asset Management system to catalogue development of de-salination plants for the Oil and Gas industry. My role included developing complex data tools interfacing with CAD systems, back end databases and data catalogues and automating data capture.
