Currently, I partner with various legal firms on the foreclosure process of loans serviced by the subsidiary Specialized Loan Servicing, including assisting with the preparation and primarily the review of foreclosure documents submitted by the legal firms, further acting as affiant for default documents and customer resolution documents (loan modifications). One of my greatest achievements during my time here so far has been creating a monthly reporting package for our Senior Management team to highlight the Default Documents department’s accomplishments, performance trends, and productivity volume for the prior year to use as a training tool and standardize annual performance reviews for our employees.

In this role, I managed transaction coordination and due diligence review with clients of the subsidiary Credit Risk Solutions, including interpreting client underwriting guidelines to guide reviewers, preparing reports to convey due diligence results, and developing securitization-level reviews for rating agency submissions.One of my greatest achievements during my time here was partnering with a 3rd party securitization organization to gather pertinent information related to loan securitization to sell bonds promptly and reduce holding costs.

In this role, I was recruited to standardize and unify our mortgage product offerings across six affiliate community banks across the western US. One of my greatest achievements during my time in this role was creating a targeted list of core investors across all affiliates and a streamlined process for the trading desk, leading to the identification and elimination of ineffective products allowing wider delivery options that contributed to the overall success of the organization.

Developed policies and procedures for the effective management of all counterparties. Monitoring the performance of the correspondent mortgage sellers. Managing the day-to-day activities and residential loan credit policy initiatives; including the review of investor guidelines and recommendations for improving internal guidelines and policies.
