In my professional life I have been a software developer working on an interesting variety of projects for several companies since graduating from college with a computer science degree. I enjoy the satisfaction of developing a quality, useful system and like the mix of creativity and cold logic present in the art of computer programming.Lately in my spare time I have been pursuing and recently completed a degree in data science through Berkeley’s new Master of Information and Data Science degree program. Diving into the world of statistics and machine learning has been a challenging and enlightening journey; I look forward to developing those skills further and find ways to integrate them with my work.When I really do have spare time, I am an avid motorsports fan and actively follow NASCAR and Formula 1.
