Key Responsibilities • Ensured the MOD operated in Kenya within UK and Kenyan policy, established strong relationships with Kenyan government to provide and share best working practices, also wrote reports on 100+ personnel, which included; discipline, appraisals, performance, KPIs and objectives.Key Achievements • Played a pivotal role in the employment of over 200 local personnel, as well as the sourcing and conveying of UK qualified driving instructors to Kenya to perform driving tasks, which involved; briefing UK instructors on Kenyan policy, as well as delivering and engaging and interactive training to UK instructors over a 12-month period, also trained locals to MOD standards, which led to improving personal and professional development of all selected personnel, as well as training strategies being adopted in Kenya to train personnel over the forthcoming years. • Elected as subject matter expert in all matters relating to wheeled transport, which involved; incorporating MOD and UK Policy into Kenyan road transport policy, which ensured that the MOD acted in good faith concerning the MOU between the two departments.
