As the automotive internet sales manager, I worked for Larry Miller on the new or pre-owned cars, or both. My primary focus was to manage the online component of the dealership's sales. My job requirement was to provide a high level of customer service on leads generated by many avenues. As the automotive internet sales manager, I had got have an excellent understanding of the dealership's products and services. My job duties included creating sales quotes for customers, checking customers' credit histories, and creating relationships with customers to secure sales. Some other job responsibilities involved training and overseeing internet sales representatives, updating the website with new inventory and pricing, and managing the dealership's presence on social media platforms. In this role, I was also responsible for aligning online sales with other existing in-person promotions. I was also required to attend new product or sales training. In addition, I was also required to keep detailed customer records for future sales opportunities

My role also required me to be in charge of staffing the store with employees that provided the best chance of success for the store while also providing exceptional customer service. As the retail store manager it was also my responsibility to make the schedule for the store to ensure that the store was staffed at all operating hours while still providing optimal customer service.
