I consolidated a fragmented IT organization; simplified and rationalized IT infrastructure and application landscape; migrated core applications to the cloud; built new IT capabilities - including security - and established an end-to-end, "business-first”, corporate IT function that blended the best of a large, process-driven company with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a relatively young C&J. Led a smooth Day-1 and subsequent complete IT systems and services integration of a $2bn acquisition that added 2,000+ users, 65 systems and 70+ remote operating sites. Concurrently, designed and established a $40m, business-led, IT-delivered SAP transformation that laid the foundation for an integrated enterprise business enabled by timely information and new insights. The transformation consolidated seven financial systems into a single, company-wide system and went live – on-time and under-budget - in January 2017. The program was recognized with both CIO100 and SAP HANA Innovation awards. -
