Building, expansion and management of three teams responsible for requirements creation, documentation and tier 3 support. Also responsible for third party relationships and project & resource planning of all IRIS IAS products.

Researching and creating product requirement specifications for development, generating product plans, writing business cases, carrying out product reviews & competitor analysis, expert QA testing, managing the release process and producing pre & post release statistics.

Liaising directly with customers regarding problems encountered, identify solutions, suggest recommendations as well as writing product specifications from the initial concept through to full detailed specifications for developing new products.

First line telephone support, provide customers with solutions and recommendations regarding problems encountered and best practice scenarios as well as rigorous testing of the latest software and producing the required documentation for it.
