Brokering LTL, ground, air & ocean freight for both domestic and international shipments.- Develop strategies to minimize returns and damages occurred in transit. Using durable packaging and cushioning for safe delivery. Offering freeze protection for harsh weather conditions against fragile and water based products.

- Implementation of new inventory management systems including security logs, quality control, safety procedures, and FIFO product batch control. Create shipping and receiving protocols based on shipment details. Maintain monthly inventory and Board of Pharmacy reports.- Work closely with Sales Director to strategize and schedule sales campaigns with available inventory and scheduled deliveries of new product.- Assisting in purchasing to seek savings in shipping services and supply purchases while maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors. Work with General Manager and Accounting for purchases and inventory tracking.- New hire training and introduction. Assess tasks and projects for streamlined and timely completion.- Create shipping and receiving documents, warehouse and product organization, and increase project and workflow efficiency.- Assist with social media marketing campaigns to increase company social media presence during trade show season and explore new marketing strategies.- Provide outstanding customer service for product returns and general customer inquiries.
