Receive and Process Repair Request: Review Request for Part and Repair Vendor Availability. Determine Vendor based on Customer Preference, Cost, Turn-Time, Margin Calculation. Ensure Vendor is on Approved Vendor List. Request Part(s) be Pulled and Pre-Verified. Process Repair Orders:Cut Repair Order with Detailed Work Instructions & Shipping Requirements. Forward R/O File to Operations for Shipment.Receive and Process Repair Quotes:Coordinate with Sales & Purchasing for Cost Parameters, Negotiate Pricing, Approve and Process Quotes.Monitor and Expedite Open Repair Orders:Communicate Priorities to Repair Vendor. Review and Work Open Repair Order Report. Resolve Repair Related Part Nonconformities. Expedite Open Orders at Vendor Base on Set Priority.Receive Vendor Status Reports & Update Data Base:Request and Enforce Weekly—BiWeekly Status Reporting from Vendors. Update Data Base with Order Details. Detailed Repair Information based on Customer & Work Instruction Requirements. Required Date, Estimated Delivery Date, and Cost.

Prioritize and distribute daily work load to group consistent with objectives outlined bycurrent engine build schedule. Monitor inbound deliveries and relay status to group and customer support director. Induct Inbound deliveries into daily work load by priority.Oversee personnel for continued compliance with documented policies, standard operating procedures, customer, and regulatory requirements.Communicate observed failure of personnel to conduct appropriate and prescribed job functions to the individual and Director of production control. Provide training to group or individual personnel based on overall or task specific job. Rotate periodically working through each area of material processing allowing the supervisor to hone his or her skill level in each area continuously, which in turn will allow the supervisor to accurately and effectively train current and new employees in each specific area of processing.
