In my most recent role, I oversaw ERP integrations for a personalized print product distributed across diverse markets as an e-commerce team builder and B2B leader. I managed definition and development of product strategies, including road mapping and strategic planning, sales team leadership, and drove development of product platform. I drove cross-functional collaboration and communications with stakeholders, technical teams, and sales teams. During my time here, I successfully drove an ERP integration responsible for over $130M in revenue through strategic team leadership and planning. I took over and led a NetSuite integration to ensure project completion, consolidating $130M in revenue and operations costs into a streamlined finance tool. I effectively oversaw a marketplace integration projected to realize over $2.5M in revenue in 12 months.

During my time here, I led the refinement and further development of back-office revenue reconciliation for an affiliate marketing network for credit card products. I effectively managed systems for revenue reconciliation, managed a cross-functional team to improve product recognition, and drove Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, story review, retrospectives). I championed a comprehensive overhaul of a 10-year referral approval ingestion system, processing $100M in referral revenue.

In this role, I managed and designed an enterprise SaaS commerce platform as a leader in software tool development, merchant revenue reporting, and documentation architecture. I led feature development and implementation as a cross-functional liaison and team leader, including a one-click installation application and data warehouse ETL transformation/BI front-end implementation. I delivered new backlog review process, streamlined internal procedures, and collaborated with stakeholders. Moreover, I championed the integration of a new data visualization system to increase reporting capabilities and visibility of merchant revenue data. I successfully drove a redesign of merchant and developer “how-to” documentation, improving user understanding of relevant tools. Additionally, I recognized for developing and implementing an integration marketplace to reduce onboarding time and increase efficiency.

During my tenure here, I effectively managed the CoEfficient data platform, including data-driven insights and reporting, operations improvements/pivots, cross-functional team leadership, and piloting of new programs and data visualization. I spearheaded conceptualization, development, and ongoing improvements to the integration of data visualization tools. I introduced a new Agile estimation process averaging one estimated stories every three minutes, improving internal capabilities to estimate units of work.

Here, I managed flagship product (Qvinci.web) throughout full enterprise development and launch lifecycle as a cross-functional leader. I oversaw an eight-member technical team, strategic product and process planning, customer review analysis and feedback integration, requirements gathering, product road mapping, and product launch. I delegated tasks, managed resources, and supported customer incident resolution and escalation. I effectively guided the development and launch of a new product from inception to completion, including 30k units within three years. I implemented Agile processes, realizing a reduction of feature development timeline from six to two weeks.
