For the last 12 years I have had the pleasure of working in a variety of industries, including Major Beverage companies, Casinos and Entertainment, Financial, and Government clients. My strengths have always been to quickly assess an organization and establish the big picture, translate the big picture to the project scope and deliver an on time/ on budget project. My clients and management team have trusted me to go into a failing project and recover the project, re-plan / re-baseline the schedule and deliver to the new timelines. I am proficient in many project management tools including MS Project, Smartsheet, Clarity, and Changepoint. On many occasions I have had to put on other hats to ensure the successful delivery of a project. I have been a development manager responsible for the scope, health, delivery of the applications. As a triage manager, I accepted the role of dissecting failing projects, finding where the problems resided. This included scope reviews with the clients and the project teams, code refactoring where there code stability issues were preventing the project from moving forward and reassessing project budgets and scope to right size the project to the client expectations. As a product manager, I have taken the responsibility of generating the product roadmap to deliver to client marketing expectations. And finally, I have delivered E-commerce applications, trained the client on the use of the application, and been the primary support.
