I am now with the Capital Market & Investment Services team since January 2018. I was actively involved in collective sales of residential properties. We did very well and closed a few key-note deals. However, from the start of 2019, I re-focused on industrial properties working with institutional clients and private equity funds. I focus mainly on transactions such as build-to-suit, sales and leaseback and outright sales.

1. Prepare marketing budget for new project launches and annual budget for on-going projects. 2. Evaluate, select and appoint design consultants (including rendering work). 3. Work with external design consultants on concept and design of collaterals for new projects. 4. Evaluate, select and appoint marketing agencies. 5. Was a showflat project I/C focusing on new launches of residential properties. Had to plan and prepare sales marketing kits for the sales team and training sales team members. The responsibility was heavy as I had to help team members close deals to chalk up sales targets at the showflat. On many occasions, we were up against more established agencies but were happy to dig in and sold more than them in several of those battles.

A company trading in physical commodities such as natural rubber supplying to major tire manufacturers worldwide. I focused mainly in exploring opportunities and sourcing supplies from frontier countries like Vietnam, Myanmar and several countries in the West African region such as Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria. The experience gathered while in working in these countries is second to none. One major eye-opener was the huge cultural differences. Their views and horizon towards businesses are huge challengers as well. No regrets whatsoever.
