With over 15 years of experience in higher education, I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives organizational change and innovation at Penn State University. As Senior Strategy and Innovation Officer,I develop and implement strategic initiatives, policies, and programs that align with the University’s mission, vision, and values. I desire to maximize organizational impact through data-informed decision making and by strategically aligning effort to achieve desired outcomes. Through partnerships, empowerment, and innovation, I aim to showcase and further Penn State’s positive impact throughout the commonwealth. I hold a PhD in Higher Education from Penn State University, and I am committed to leveraging higher education’s resources to contribute to the social and economic development of society.
