I joined Marshall Dennehey’s NYC office in 2008, where, as Supervisor of the office’s Casualty Practice Group, I oversee a team of 18 attorneys who handle hundreds of matters on behalf of clients in the New York Metro area. As an experienced litigator, my practice is concentrated primarily in the defense of insureds and self-insureds in matters involving casualty liability. In the arena of retail liability, I have defended hundreds of matters involving premises liability, retail theft, product liability and wrongful termination suits. In these matters I have represented numerous national retail chains including supermarkets, clothing stores, pet store chains, as well as distributors and manufacturers. In addition, my practice involves defending a wide range of matters, including Labor Law 240 construction litigation, premises, product liability, toxic tort, automobile claims, and trucking and transportation litigation.My insurance coverage litigation experience includes the defense of primary and excess insurers, as well as reinsurers.
