• Integrated the financial operations of 32 congregations serving 10,000 members, a campground, an RV park, and a sports program with combined assets of $35M and combined annual cash flow of $5M following the consolidation of three separate judicatories.• Reduced the headquarters operating budget 20% ($100,000) over three years by reducing staffing requirements.• Developed standardized data input spreadsheets, and restructured data processing by training all fiscal staff to perform all the data processing tasks reducing the reporting delay from 2 months to 2 weeks.• Activated the receivables and report writer functions of the financial reporting software already in use enabling the checkbook reconciliation function and consolidated audit reporting process to be performed in the software instead of constructed from spreadsheets outside the software.• Exported payroll data and outsourced payroll processing to ADP to collect payroll data for over 100 employees at multiple locations electronically for review and approval at headquarters and automatically pay and file payroll taxes and produce year end W-2 reports.• Implemented annual congregational audits to validate congregational bank balances and internal controls.

Implemented computerized point of sale, inventory control, payroll, purchasing, and accounting systems in Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems beginning as the controller for a $6M hardware store in Grand Cayman and expanding to be an authorized distributor of Synchronics Point of Sale and Real World accounting software to over 20 clients throughout Florida.
