Coverage Banker to a set of Global Industrial and Aerospace & Defence clients. Cross selling ancillary business and advising on treasury solutions, risk aware whilst growing the revenues of the business & focusing on returns.

Coverage Banker/Relationship Manager responsible for the origination of new business to generate profitable opportunities across the Investment Banking product spectrum to clients within the Global Industrials sector (including Aerospace & Defence, and Services).Act as a trusted advisor to Multi National Corporate Clients, maintain and cultivate client contact and relationships, focusing on financing and treasury management. Ensure client account plans are in place and clients’ risk management needs are well addressed. Leverage relationships to maximise business opportunities and responsible for delivering the bank to the Client.

A senior sanctioner/approver with meaningful approval authority.Risk analysis (business + financial) and sanctioning of complex lending proposals to large corporate clients that are principaly UK listed including some European and Middle Eastern names. Sectors covered TMT, Aerospace & Defence, Retail, Leisure, Consumer.Involved with front line deal teams from origination in an advisory role to add value through to execution. Thus assisting in shaping the deal to ensure the banks protections are suitably improved, particularly around financial & non financial covenants in documentation. Sensitivity analysis is undertaken as appropriate as well as any impact on ratings, ensuring a palatable proposition is put forward to credit committee.
