Through time the Operations Department has consisted of various underlying departments and has also had varying responsibilities:- 2005-2009: Departments: Facilities, IT and Library- 2009-2017: Vlerick Project and Process Office (VPPO)- 2009-now: Departments: Facilities , IT and the Database team (21 FTE, 80 FTE employed/incl. insourcing – budget between 4-5 million)- 2005-now: Prevention advisorSome achievements: - Increased the satisfaction of the operations services from: 3.2/5 to 4.1/5.- Construction of campuses: o Leuven (6 million) – award for best renovation of an educational building o Brussels (6 million) – nominated for best renovation of an educational building o Saint Petersburg (Russia) (800 K)- Incorporating the values of our new brand and house style in all our services (IT/buildings/facilities - cost - 600 K) – we won 2 transform awards in London 2013: o Gold for ' best Rebranding in Western Europe ' o Bronze for ' best corporate rebranding that reflects mission, values and position'- Central CRM DB as the basis for all FM/IT/HR and Accounting systems (> 1million.)- 1 out of 6 nominees "Facility Manager of the year" 2016

Aside from my function as Operations manager I am also part of a limited team of Executive Coaches at Vlerick. As Executive Coach we do group coaching’s and 1 on 1 coaching sessions with Vlerick students for whom coaching is part of their program.
