This was the first of its kind in the UK and met the stringent requirements of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society in terms of system integrity• Delivered an induction programme that used a blended learning approach, this improved the new starter experience and saved c£250k per annum in employee time• Delivered a session at the annual Learning Technologies Conference sharing what I had learnt through implementing eLearning at Boots In 2012 I moved into a Human Resources project management role to strengthen my project management skills.
