Throughout my tenure as the Manager and then VP of Services Delivery, I led the Services Delivery engineering team, managing business requirements and innovating new products. We deployed IP and video satellite delivery platforms, network management systems, and strategic customer services. Additionally, I oversaw the design, implementation, and administration of a global terrestrial MPLS network while providing high-level support to the sales team and our clients. Lastly, I secured major contracts with aeronautical service providers. Chief Technical Officer for Secure Network Systems Division, defining PKI and video encryption products and providing technical support for sales team.

Designed and setup a system for delivery of Business Television Channels to the desktop using a satellite based DVB multiplex and multicast technology. Researched and developed value added services including automatic indexing of multimedia streams, conditional access and encryption, content caching and file multicast.

Provided ongoing support to the operations area for Merlin’s DVB infrastructure, including ATM network, uplink and backhaul facilities.
