Represents PCTEST in various Industry groups and organizations. Guides industry requirements, statutes, and laws governing the certification and device conformance process through contributions and participation. Documents new test procedures and work methods for the latest test equipment and technologies supported.

Manage the Regulatory Project Office staff, responsible for NAM/LAM Regulatory Policy and Standards development and compliance requirements for Government and Legal Regulatory, Product Safety, and Environmental matters pertaining to mobile phone development and testing.

Managed all Type Approval and Government Certifications required to market and sell (AMPS,TDMA, GSM, CDMA) wireless devices in the USA, and managed International country requirements for Latin America and Canada, necessary to develop and export products into these Countries operating with common infrastructure and air interface technology.
