I am a learning and development professional with broad international experience.As L&D Consultant for SA Power Networks I provide strategic support to managers and am responsible for developing a number of training solutions including Continuing Professional Development in technical training and the company's strategic relationship with TAFESA to deliver an Advanced Diploma. As Manager - Talent Development, for Clough, I led a highly professional team of L&D specialists who delivered the human resource strategies for 4000 staff. Prior to that I was a Manager in the LDS Pacific Area Human Resource Department where I developed strategies to deliver training and professional development to over 1300 staff in the support offices and schools across the Pacific area and managed the grants and micro financing of education for young people across the Pacific Area.My career began writing and producing for community and educational radio and television.During 7 years at Adelaide Bank I was part of a team managing the bank’s external advertising and public relations agencies. I set up the bank’s internal graphic design suite and wrote and produced the corporate videos and developed training materials to assist in product launches and customer service initiatives. I then spent the next 11 years as a senior writer and producer in below-the-line communications agencies managing the communications for a number of local and national clients.
