My current responsibilities include managing the General Motors, Ford and Toyota accounts both with current business and procuring new business. I also am managing and building business in the aftermarket industry for clutches and friction disks.

While at L&W, I was the Account Manager for the Tier 1 sales group that included Johnson Controls, Brose, ZF and several other small customers. Being an account manager, I was able to further develop the skills learned in my previous positions and apply them in a business to business sales role. I was able to improve dealing with rejection as well as difficult customers and customer requests. In addition to being the Tier 1 Account Manager, I was also the account manager and cost estimator for the tubing company owned by L&W. I learned how to quote tubing as well as learned new processes such as laser cutting, tube drawing and the tube manufacturing process.

During my time at Midway I served as the Inside Sales Associate for the sales group that included General Motors, Toyota, Chrysler and Volkswagen. This job allowed me to learn the various customer quote forms, RFQ and quoting processes as well as their respective online portals. While at Midway, I also learned general engineering and processing concepts for stampings and assemblies and learned how to read and interpret drawings.

During my time at Monroe Country Club, I worked on the golf services staff. My responsibilities included tee time management, golf club and cart management, as well as general customer service. This job was very important to me because it got me jump started in my career going forward through networking with the members.

I worked on the floor as a salesperson. I became familiar with several brands of footwear including Red Wing Shoes, Red Wing Casuals, Worx, Dansko, Carolina, Carhartt, Georgia Boot, and New Balance. I learned proper fitting techniques for the footwear. A large part of my job was interacting with customers, and working there helped develop the sales techniques I have now.
