I am a senior business and technology executive with 20 years’ experience and enormous drive, flair and creativity. I pride myself on providing innovative solutions, able to think ‘outside the box’ with the ability to freely adapt to different focuses and challenges. I have had success with start-up businesses and ASX-listed companies. At Crox I started as one employee (me) and grew to 19 staff and $5million annual turnover. Such was our success that we were approached by Accord and merged with them in 2008, enhancing our combined position as a leading provider of managed IT, professional and cloud services in WA. Two years later Accord was acquired by Anittel and I took over as Chief Technology Officer for this national end-to-end IT, telecommunications and cloud service provider.I have outstanding management and leadership skills and pride myself that I can inspire and motivate others, maximising staff retention and engendering a hardworking, creative and fun workplace. I am loyal and dedicated to both the company and to my staff, and I am proud that I carried most of my team with me through the challenges of mergers and acquisitions.I am extremely technically minded and practical with a strong problem-solving capability. I have extensive experience in business and product innovation, and complex solution design and architecture. My approach is direct and honest, with energy, enthusiasm and vision. I love to learn and have worked hard to keep my technical and business skills up-to-date throughout my career. I am currently working towards a Master of Business Administration, achieving Distinctions in Strategic Management, Finance, and Operations, with completion due in 2015.
