Key recommendations were included in the client’s strategy.- As a temporary Project Manager of a key transformation project, identified the project would not deliver on time or to cost. I re-developed the plan, persuaded the client to extend its scope to enable cost and margin recovery, and re-organized the team to enable talented individuals to drive the project forward. - Implemented in 7 days, a technically and commercially challenging multi-department intranet access project for senior Government Ministers which had been stalled for 5 months.steve.darcy@dxc.com
