 Contributing to the development of segment and local customer propositions and sales plans, bringing knowledge and insight into the customer base, market and risks, and internal capabilities and capacity, in order to identify opportunities, which will increase penetration of existing customers and/or expand the business mix. Reviewing allocated cases and delivering underwriting decisions, in order to secure profitable business within the agreed risk appetite. Identifying non-standard, large and/or complex cases  Managing and resolving complaints within own licence level in an appropriate fashion to maintain quality and continuity of relationships. Managing customer expectations and delivering the relevant Brand Promise whilst proactively identifying and pursuing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities at the same time as ensuring the Service Promise to meet the defined customer service proposition  Making commitments, requests and offers to Brokers through adherence to the four conversational practices whilst ensuring Service Management and performance targets are met. Providing advice and solutions to colleagues to address technical referrals for non-conventional and complex risks while maintaining good internal relationships to support the end-to-end delivery of the customer proposition. Contributing to the production of new policy wordings and/or reviews of existing policy wordings to ensure policy documentation is current and accurate.
