Goal was to get it back on the rails. As such, I held P&L responsibility for the business unit consisting of approx. 35 highly skilled professionals in sales, business consulting, project management, software development and support.In January 2018, I was asked to take up the role of Sales Director for the entire organisation. Goal there was to get back to profitable growth - which we achieved in the same year - and to increase the overall performance of the Sales team.
