As Finance manager, I have brought the maturity of the organisation to a higher level, increasing the trust from the shareholder. I developed the full financial reporting package, combing the business needs and the corporate requirements. Furthermore, I headed up the finance(ial) part of 6 acquisitions, ranging from managing the Due Diligence, over assisting in the contract negotiations through the integration of finance in the business & reporting and merging them into the mother company.
