Steven is an airline operations leader who has been the Managing Partner of Skylight Aviation since 2012. Steven’s twenty years of aviation experience has spanned continents and he has held senior management and leadership roles in Customer Experience, Ground Operations, Operations Control, Commercial and General Management. Steven spent a number of years with AirAsia Group, initially acting as a Consultant to the Group in customer experience and operations, start-up support for AirAsia X and also as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AirAsia Japan. Most recently, he was the Group Head of Ground and Inflight Operations, responsible for the overall operations delivery and cost performance of all AirAsia (A320) and AirAsia X (A330) Group operations across its global network. Prior to AirAsia, Steven was the Group Head of Operations for Jetstar Group with responsibility for its multiple AOC operations across Asia Pacific.Steven presently leads projects for Skylight Aviation with client airlines, airports, ground handling companies and technology providers that aim to deliver transformational change, operational improvements and implementation of strategic initiatives.
