Founded in 2008 by Steven McCleaf, Langley Realty Partners provides development, acquisition, asset management, property management, and construction management services. Langley is primarily a fee-based service provider, but also will partner with clients on acquisition and development deals in which Langley's long-term involvement is either desired or necessary. Langley's primary focus is in the multifamily sector, including mixed-use projects with a significant multi-family component, and other forms of high-density residential development. Langley is also capable of providing a full-range of land development services for deals of any product type. Although Langley's primary focus is on the Washington, DC Metro Area and other parts of VA and MD, Mr. McCleaf has worked on projects both as a principal and for clients in recent years all along the East Coast and continues to pursue opportunities in a variety of markets.

Opened Lane's DC Metro regional office in 2005. Responsible building Lane's acquisitions and development platform in the region and played an instrumental role in the expansion of the company's property management business in the Mid-Atlantic.

Opened Gables' DC Metro regional office in 2000. Established an acquisitions, development, and construction platform from the ground-up and managed all investment activities in the region. Successfully executed numerous acquisition and development transactions, resulting in superior returns to shareholders. Worked cross-functionally to help establish a property management platform locally and acted as Gables' senior executive in the region, overseeing all day-to-day matters across functional lines and establishing the company's overall presence in Washington.
