• Receiving, Interpreting, and Filling of prescriptions• Advise clinical staff on proper therapeutic options, current guidelines, and clinical outcomes• Devise therapeutic medication therapy plans on behalf of practitioners, in the fields of:- Anticoagulation- Antibiotic Stewardship- Medication management for patients receiving bowel resection or being placed on NG/PEG tubes- Adverse Event Mitigation- Cost of Therapy • Management of staff, delivery schedules, and resources• Coordination of therapy with clinical staff to achieve timely and appropriate therapy• Maintenance of therapy adherence with thorough patient education• Maintain professional relationships with clinical staff and guests at our acclaimed facilities• Achieving company goals without compromising an excellent standard of care for our patients
