Responsible for the financial management and direction of engineers, general contractors, manufacturers, and consultants associated with construction of regulated pharmaceutical facilities, vivarium research facilities, clean rooms, and green concept buildings. As project manager, directed $30m research project at all capacities including cost review, justification, budget, schedule, technical performance, legal, milestone establishment, and FDA regulatory compliance.
