Steven Dubb is a principal of The Beechwood Organization (www.beechwoodhomes.com) founded by his father Michael Dubb in 1985. Beechwood has built more than 9500 homes and 70 communities across the New York metro area with new ones on the map in NYC, on LI from Westbury to the East End, Upstate New York in Saratoga Springs and North Carolina in Charlotte and Chapel Hill. In 2021, Mr. Dubb was honored by Crain’s New York Business as a Notable Professional in Real Estate for his commitment to excellence and inspiring projects that have helped New Yorkers to find homes, businesses to create livelihoods and the metro area to boost its economy. He was the Long Island Business News' Rising Star Developer in 2019; and Professional Builder Magazine's 40 Under 40 Rising Star in 2015 when he was 30 years old.Mr. Dubb graduated from New York University where he specialized in real estate. He was with Credit Suisse in its Real Estate Finance and Securitization Group before joining the family business in 2008.A board member of Long Island Builders Institute and Long Island Children’s Museum, he also is an active supporter of STOKED (www.stoked.org), a charity promoting personal development, academic achievement and healthy living to the under-served youth through action sports culture. The born and bred Long Islander resides in Manhattan and Amagansett. He regularly covers the 100+ mile stretch of Beechwood projects from NYC to the East End where he can also be found surfing the shores of the Rockaways and the Hamptons.
