As part of the Telematics team, I used SQL to query both Snowflake and DB2 in order toanswer business questions related to the product. This included collaborating with thecompliance department to identify policies with production issues requiring remediation,and building a Power BI Report designed to allow business partners to monitorperformance of the telematics product across key KPIs. Also partnered with Business Intelligence regarding DB2 to Snowflake migration, identifying which fields and granularity of data should be readily available for reporting and analysis.

As a Manager on the Countrywide Product Management Team, I was responsible forleading a team of seven analysts to build effective, dynamic reporting and deliver insightfulanalyses. Centralization and automation of these reports are estimated to havesaved business partners around 100 working hours per state rollout.● Managing 3rd party data products and reporting, as well as optimizing theprocesses and communicating with vendors to ensure that we maximized thereturn on investment for these products.

As part of the Product Development team, I was responsible for a variety of analytical work. Some examples include reviewing underwriting model proposals for best practices, as well as coordinating requests from line underwriters or audit teams to investigate possible errors in the underwriting model. I also provided underwriting systems support, reviewing the performance and distribution of a given characteristic over time to identify or verify potential anomalies. This often included manual policy reviews in the service application.
