  • Stepped in to assert a foothold in the support of desktop and Excel financial tools, instrumental in many high-profile large scale global account pilots and retention opportunities through deployment of various evolutions of desktop suites.• Took point in owning technical support for our Deals Business Intelligence tool. Personally followed through global account pilots both on site and remotely; provided support at all levels of technical capability to internal staff and clients alike in order to kick start and land with both feet on the ground for best possible experience. • Provide and cover Asia support adjusting shift patterns.• Provide support to members of staff for both product and desktop related issues, and acted as a contact point for escalated problems.
