There are many different loan products out there for borrowers who are purchasing a new home or refinancing an existing mortgage loan they have. Part of my job is being an expert in those many loan products, so I can find the right fit for each individual borrower. Mortgage loans are investment vehicles and for many people this loan is the largest financial investment/undertaking they will make in their lifetime. Steven entered the mortgage industry in 2010, where he began his careers as a sales assistant at Universal Mortgage, Inc. to one of the top loan origination teams in the country. In 2012, Universal Mortgage was acquired by Sterling National Bank and Steven became a Loan Coordinator for the company, assisting in sales and production. Steven quickly moved up the ranks, becoming an independent loan officer at Sterling where he focused on loan origination and providing strategic advice and top-quality service to his clients and referral partners.
