JOB DUTIES• Oversee the design, marketing, promotion and delivery of quality Health and fitness programs• Prepare the Annual Budget for Board of Directors’ approval and responsible for husbanding the financial resources of the organization• Identify, write and oversee submission of grant requests and negotiation and completion of contract proposals• Hire, fire, supervise and evaluate all staff members, including conducting regular staff meetings to establish performance goals and solve internal problems• Oversee the maintenance of financial records and documentation• Plan and supervise fundraising events and activities to execute financial goals• Ensure that all federal records are kept in compliance with governmental and contractual requirements• Direct an active program of marketing, public relations, education and community relations• Approve all expenditures as set forth in the budget that has been approved by the Board of Directors• Ensure adequate insurance policies are maintained to minimize risk to the organization and comply with contractual obligations.• Oversee new branding and marketing program• Advise and assist the Board members in both long range and short range planning; implementing decisions of the Board of Directors and its Committees
