After thousands of referrals, I believe we do just that!I own and operate a OTT cloud based VoIP service. We offer SMB VoIP hosting and private hosting for customers ranging from 1-5000 users. I have been installing and servicing telephone systems and infrastructure since 1999. I’d always longed to be able to give all my clients large and small the same features and conveniences. So I built Edgeless. Our software allows me to deliver a full feature set, voice, video, chat, fax, SMS, presence, mobile apps, and a concierge‘s approach to service and support clients of all sizes and budgets. We are your concierge provider. We handle support requests from all users. Keeping managers focused on their jobs and not communication gaps or issues. Generally IT staff or contractors would prefer voice be handled by a true voice services provider. Technology only works if your staff can use it and depend on it. We offer full on site training and we are currently building out a series of training videos for as much self help as a user wants. We also build, maintain and most importantly trouble shoot IP networks. Complex networking with today’s high band video, voice and data needs to be built properly, we work with clients large and small to achieve network zen. We support many industries but have a heavy base in healthcare. We support all types of clinics, medical facility’s, mobile units and hospitals with our VoIP services.
