Steve is an ICT professional with over 30 years’ experience in designing and deploying high-profile technology projects. He is a passionate advocate of project and requirements engineering and has helped corporations such as Sydney Airport, NSW Ports, Qantas, Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, AMP and Westpac deliver their projects by applying best practice management techniques and procedures. Steve’s ability to understand complex problems quickly and describe them in plain language underscores his excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. He is an analytical and conceptual thinker who is able to forge strong relationships with senior managers and help them define their strategy and drive this to implementation.Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (QUT); a Master’s degree in e- Commerce (UTS); and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property (UTS). He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and also a registered Patent and Trade Marks Attorney, with a keen interest in intellectual property law and technology commercialisation. He has co-authored two books on e-Commerce technology and contributes regularly to the Business Analysis community. in his spare time, he loves to grow agaves on his property in the South Burnett.
