My company supported hundreds of clients across seven major health insurance accounts specializing in workers compensation; providing electro stim devices and accessories, lumbar and cervical traction, hot/cold therapy, and off the shelf orthotics.I also captured $500K+ in yearly gross sales via exemplary, customer focused service; employed comprehensive understanding of key business/financial principles including margin, profit, cost, and rate of return.The company partnered with esteemed insurance companies, including The Hartford and PMA , on self-developed electro stim capitation systems and provided inservice training on same (for a system that included lifetime supplies and all related shipping charges for one inclusive price). In addition, I utilized polished relationship management and consultative selling aptitude, while demonstrating the ability to quickly resolve conflicts and develop customer solutions.
