Steve Haase is the President and COO of Blue Air Training. Over his past 5 years at Blue Air he has advised and led the team through exceptional growth and transformation. Steve provides guidance to the team on integrating into new business environments and has focused on leveraging talent, opening new markets and expanding Blue Air service offerings. Steve is dedicated to fostering the professional and personal development of each member of his team, helping them in realizing and fulfilling their individual goals.Steve is also the co-founder of Think Global Holdings -- a boutique management consulting firm for the past 15 years focused on business and leadership transformations and scale for entrepreneurs. In addition to Think Global, Steve also co-owns Quantix Inc. a national IT and finance workforce management company he acquired. Steve is a relentless 30 year entrepreneur driven by vision, performance and impact. He has built several businesses with his partners and over his thirty years, he has created a unique approach to organizational scale that is at the center of Think Global’s work. Launching his entrepreneurial journey in 1994, Steve has served in leadership, board, consultant, advisory and investor roles across several industries including e-commerce, software, retail, manufacturing, fashion, health, construction, fin-tech, ed-tech, travel, SaaS and recently defense services to name a few.As co-founder of Think Global Holdings, Steve’s focus is on a human-centered approach to sustainable business growth and scale. Having worked with hundreds of businesses in more than 20 countries, Think Global has enjoyed several high profile partnerships over the past 15 years with the United States Embassy Port-au-Prince, TED Mentors, 10,000 Women.Steve was especially honored to be invited to create and teach a course for women entrepreneurs on scaling early growth businesses at Arizona State University. Steve partnered with World Vision Haiti and the US State Department to teach entrepreneurship to hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs in Haiti. He has also had the privilege to serve as a keynote speaker, mentor and investor at events such as, Women Who StartUp, Denver Startup Week, Phoenix Startup Week, One Million Cups and the Zappos Diversity Program.Originally from Milwaukee, he now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife Amy and their daughter Valentina, from where they explore the world as much as possible.
