First Vice President and Area Manager-Business Banking (2010) Charged with building out and managing new team of Relationship Managers for business segment of clients with $3mm - $20mm in revenues. Directed acquisition, commercial lending and delivering cash management solutions for prospects and clients with balances >$1mm and lending needs of $250k - $5mm. First Vice President and Market Manager -Small Business Banking (2007 - 2009)Led the build out and development of Business Banking sales force for Washington Mutual in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. Recruited management team and sales force, integrating with existing branch network. Segment defined as businesses 0-$10mm in revenues. After Chase acquisition, managed the execution of business banking branch based sales strategies and tactics in Southern California.
