With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have developed a strong expertise in commercial and residential property acquisitions, investments, and development. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Shoreham Capital, a private equity firm focused on value-add and opportunistic real estate investments in the New York metropolitan area, I lead the firm's strategic vision, deal sourcing, capital raising, and asset management. I am passionate about creating value for our investors, partners, and communities by transforming underperforming properties into high-quality assets. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, having worked in different sectors and markets of the real estate industry, and having graduated from Boston College and Boston University with a B.B.A. in finance and business.Prior to founding Shoreham Capital, I was the Managing Director at Slate Property Group, a vertically integrated owner, operator, and developer of commercial and residential real estate in New York. There, I was responsible for overseeing the firm's acquisition, investment, and development activities, managing a portfolio of over $2 billion in assets. I successfully executed over 100 transactions, ranging from multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail properties, and led the development of several ground-up and adaptive reuse projects. I leveraged my skills in commercial real estate, real estate transactions, and investment properties to identify, negotiate, and close attractive deals, and to manage the due diligence, financing, and closing processes. I also built and maintained strong relationships with brokers, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
