Soccer Director
Current- Budget Management: Prepare program budgets, maintain financial records, track deposits/expenditures, and provide invoices.
- Program Administration: Oversee Recreational, After School, and Camp Programs; contribute to website/social media; communicate via weekly emails; manage supplies; conduct coach meetings, recruit volunteers, and attend.
- Facility Management: Conduct pre-season walk-throughs; manage equipment inventory; prepare/maintain fields; oversee field marshals.
- Coaching: Hire contract coaches; coach After School Programs and Camps.
- Summer Camps: Organize, promote, and manage all camp programs; coordinate staffing and facilities.
- Program Growth: Develop new program opportunities, such as Winter Programs, Additional Camps and Advanced Training Programs.- Rush Union Cup Venue Manager
