At times, responsible for the strategic direction and immediate oversight of the following business functions:Discount Window Operations - lending to financial institutions to help them manage their liquidity risks; Regulatory Reserves – monitoring of reserve accounts and payments on interest on reserves balances to first district depository institutions Financial Regulatory Reporting – collection and analysis of financial reporting (e.g., FR 2900, FR Y-9, etc.) from first district institutions;Structure Reporting – ingestion of structural reporting (i.e., FR Y-6, FR Y-7, and FR Y-10) by first district institutions Account Coordination – coordination of federal reserve account openings and closings, and merger activity;Data Management Support – provide data querying and other data management support to department and Reserve Bank stakeholdersEffectively led, managed, and developed managers and analysts in myriad business areas within the Federal Reserve System.

Led and managed up to ten analysts and other staff responsible for: • Monitoring first district institutions' compliance with regulatory reserves policies; • Coordination of financial institution mergers to ensure surviving institutions receive appropriate Federal Reserve services;• Data management support for over 300 staff with largely heterogeneous data requests; and• Professional support of 50+ analysts, managers, and officers

As an Analyst Fellow in the Office of Structured Finance in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission I led the Division's efforts in developing rules to implement the credit risk retention provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. I also contributed to other rulemakings for asset-backed securities, including Reg AB 2. Additionally my work focused on coordinating and reviewing disclosure related to asset-backed securities. I also provided technical support to the staff of the Division of Enforcement.
