CurrentCommercial Leadership Team role in the Transportation Division in one of the world’s most respected design, engineering and project management consultancies; Previously FTSE 250 company now a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, which employees over 50,000 people generating c CAD$ 10bn annual revenue. • Developed and successfully implemented impactful strategies which delivered continuous improvement of governance awareness and compliance across process, procedures and standards. • Delivered 18% points improvement in key Group compliance through the introduction of a new metric based on reporting and monitoring dashboards which clearly demonstrated in month vs trend performance, as well as support focused analysis and action plans. • Developed and delivered tailored procedures, guidance, training and education programmes across a multi-disciplinary audience of c2000 people to significantly improve understanding of key commercial processes and systems; • Successfully led Commercial activities for two significant business integration programmes (UK; and Scandinavia), which ensured that governance and commercial requirements were understood and subsequently embedded within incoming businesses.• Recognised at Atkins Sector Level for the skill set and experience required to drive various Governance initiatives post acquisition by SNCL July 2017. Subsequently;• Successfully led accelerated understanding of SNC Lavalin Governance requirements to drive Atkins Sector compliance and wider communication of the Change to the Business; • Drove significant changes to processes and systems within the Global Business including development and implementation of new Levels of Authority and Commercial Approval Structures; • Provided strategic leadership on system developments which integrated mandatory governance changes and drove system update releases for key Bidding and Project Delivery tool; collaborating closely with IT Product Owner and developers.
