Our primary initial focus and history is helping companies with cost compression/cost recovery and efficiency with their voice and internet data services with no costs whatsoever for our analysis. In 2015, we helped 73% of the prospective customers analyzed save money and/or increase their service levels.As highlighted in the business model overview attached and the website (www.fostar.com) we are also fully immersed in helping companies with: • Business continuity/disaster recovery solutions, co-location services, and data storage,;• Infrastructure and network assessments; • Call Center services, solutions, and support;• Migration to the cloud with full assessments to identify best solution options;• Cellular cost savings and optimization if over 100 company plan devices with no conversion of providers or devices required; and• Managed/hosted phone system solutions, as well as the traditional TDM based systems from many of the top providers.As additional value add, we provide our Service Escalation Support line for our clients to use for each provider that routes them directly to that provider’s customer service and records, documents, and escalates those calls.
