Human Resources Generalist
Current- Benefits Administrator for the company including conduct benefits orientations, enrollment/termination of employee benefits in HRIS, reconcile benefits invoices, partner with Payroll for coordination of deductions.
- Benefits administered include: medical, dental, vision, company paid and voluntary life and AD&D, medical/dependent care/transit FSAs, student loan repayment, 401k
- Established new student loan repayment benefit
- Developed formal staff trainings including: new hire orientation, benefits orientation, AQI safety, I-9, HRIS, and the HR Assistant role
- Coordinate with company benefits broker for annual benefits renewal and open enrollment
- Quarterly BLS multiple worksite reporting for 50 worksites
