After being an Assistant District Manager for a local sub shop for the last year, running my own business for 4 years and being a General Manager for 2 different small businesses since 2014 I am ready for a career change and would like to pursue an Account Manager position.I am a leader who is energetic, dedicated, team focused, and organized with excellent communication skills. I have extensive management experience and have the confidence and self starter mentality to work on my own with little need for supervision.I am looking for a career, not a job and I appreciate having the opportunity to advance. I am detail-oriented and enjoy working with data. I have a special interest, and 3 plus years of experience, in Human Resources. I took an HR class in May of 2016 which I find useful in my present position. I also researched and implemented a new Workers Compensation Policy saving the company I worked for at the time more than $12,000 a year in May of 2016. ALL OF THIS AND I CAN COOK TOO!My passions include helping others, sports/outdoor activities, and knowledge. Every position I have ever had I have used those passions and experiences to enhance my inherent leadership abilities and work ethic. Turning those passions into a job, I received Umpire of the Year for NOCO USSSA Softball in 2015. My personality, energy, dedication, resilience, agreeableness, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication is what differentiates me from the others.
