Founded company as a software consulting firm to provide analysis, custom development and support for business applications tailored to meet client’s needs. Some of the applications which I either developed, supported, or supervised other technical personnel are: Investment Tracking System for Banking Industry; Billing Systems; Accounts Receivable, Human Resource; Labor Force and Exhibitor Management; Project Tracking; Manufacturing Facility System; Membership System for Surgical Organization; Conference Call Management and others. I have personally managed international clients.I participated as a key revenue producer with strong expertise in analyzing customer’s application needs. Tasks include meeting with customers for initial requirements, creating specification documents, performing database analysis and design (always considering possible future needs), database application development and database administration mostly using the Progress ABL (4GL) language, Progress database engine and Progress WebSpeed.I have experience with Web Development using Dreamweaver, HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheets, PHP, JavaScript and JSON. I also have development experience with Java and working with Unix/AIX, Linux and Windows operating systems in an administrator role. Recently worked with SQL Server and Microsoft Dynamics, however have not performed any Dynamics development work.

Joined as Senior Engineer for this 34-employee company in the Auto Attendant, Voice Messaging and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) industry after the owner and ex-founder of Digital Communications Associates asked me to join him. Due to a need for closer control of Operations I accepted additional responsibility to manage the Operations Department. Personally organized a Print Control System for improved quality control of production. Accepted the challenge to organize a Technical Services department in a change of direction from selling only to resellers to selling and supporting direct End User sales. After successfully organizing the Technical Services department into a self supporting profit center I was asked to lead the Engineering Department to position the company’s future technology to meet and surpass the competition.

Managed and key architect for second-generation T1 Time Division Multiplexer product line development. Built and supervised a team of twenty-five engineers and programmers. Tasks included: staffing initial investigation team to prove new architecture; technical and administrative direction of project team; generate product specification, scheduling, budgeting and hiring. Started in-house packaging design group. Participated as a member of the acquisition evaluation team for the purchase of Cohesive Networks, Los Gatos, California.

Supervised ten engineers and programmers in a multi-trunk T1 Time Division Multiplexer development project, including administrative supervision and overall project management. Designed system concept and architecture. Also supervised other product developments from concept to manufacturing release.Additional design experience included: Data Encryption; Security Devices; Local Area Networks; Network Diagnostics; Modem Equipment; Microprocessor hardware and software design. Performed assembler-level programming for over twelve varieties of microprocessors.

Offered a job as Analog Design Engineer while interviewing during the winter break from Senior year of college. Worked in the high security development section of this major company in the Department of Defense industry. Designed analog security devices for government agencies. Held Secret security clearance.
