I have litigated complex financial transactions at the trial and appellate levels, negotiated contracts including corporate transactions, software licensing and B2B financial services as well as promoted financial institution interests with state and federal regulatory bodies.For more than twenty years I have also served as a member of the U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard with multiple combat deployments in both conventional and special operations.
